Engineered specifically for Michigan’s cold, seasonally snowy climate, the Regency Steel mini storage building offers unmatched strength and durability and now undergoes use as a self-storage business. Comprised of hardwearing, high-quality steel components, the mini storage building stands 45’x210’x14.2’/16’ and has high ceilings that accommodate boats or RVs.

The single-slope roof of the building is comprised of robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal paneling and has a 0.5:12 pitch and DripX condensation barrier pre-applied to it. Inside the mini storage building are (15) 14’x45’ storage units, each featuring one of (15) 12’x14’ framed door openings. Filling each of those openings is one of (15) 12’x14’ Model 1000 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches.

Other noteworthy features and customizations include 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes separating the storage units and gutters and downspouts, which help guard against condensation and water damage. Regency Storage Systems also fabricated the metal mini storage building with a 21-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating in accordance with local building code requirements.

Situated at the confluence of the St. Joseph, Rocky and Portage rivers, the city of Three Rivers is part of St. Joseph County. It sits about 94 miles southwest of Lansing and about 27 miles north of Kalamazoo.
