Mini Storage Building Kit in Tickfaw, Louisiana

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated steel mini storage building for a customer in Tickfaw, Louisiana, in early October, 2015.

The mini storage building stands 30’x40’x12’ and is covered and protected by a rugged, corrosion-resistant metal roof with a 4:12 pitch. Installed within the walls and roof of the building is 2 5/8” of high-performance WMP-VRR insulation with taped tabs, this helps protect the building from condensation buildup. Also included in the project and supplied by Mini Storage Outlet is 3” WMP-VRR insulation with taped tabs and several installation accessories, including double-sided tape and patch tape.

A small village set within eastern Louisiana’s Tangipahoa Parish, Tickfaw is situated about 12.7 miles from Ponchatoula and about 4.3 miles from Independence.
