Offering supreme strength and durability, the buildings are comprised of premium-quality steel parts, and together, they create a self-storage facility. Both buildings are equal in size, standing 40’x75’x9.5’, and each has a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead.
Distributed between the (2) metal mini storage buildings are (41) framed openings ranging in size, among them (7) 9’x8’ openings enclosing (7) 9’x8’ mini storage doors, (32) 9’x7’ openings housing (32) 9’x7’ mini storage doors and (2) 4070 framed openings, each enclosing one of (2) 4070 walk doors. The mini storage buildings also boast 20-pound snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in adherence to local building code requirements and out of respect for the climate patterns typical of Tillamook.
Situated along the southeast end of Tillamook Bay, the city of Tillamook is a part of Tillamook County. The community sits about 72 miles from Portland and about 15 miles southeast of Rockaway Beach.
