Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered mini storage building for a customer in Tiltonsville, Ohio, in April, 2016.
Now a mini storage complex, the building is manufactured from top-of-the-line steel materials and stands 28’x120’x8.5’. Overhead is a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, and inside the mini storage complex are a total of (26) framed openings. Included are (4) 8’x7’ openings equipped with (4) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (22) 9’x7’ framed openings equipped with (22) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
Additional features of this mini storage project include a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. These features were included to enhance building durability given the climate of Tiltonsville and the surrounding region, an area prone to seasonal temperature differences and varying weather patterns. A small village set within west-central Ohio’s Jefferson County, Tiltonsville is situated about 28 miles outside Belvedere and 18 miles from Steubenville.
