This 21-unit mini storage complex located in Timber Lake, South Dakota was purchased following two years of planning between the buyer and Regency Steel Buildings. The complex includes seven 10’x25’ units, seven 10 x10’ units and seven 5’x10’ units.

The mini storage buildings were constructed with wind loads of 90 mph C, ground snow loads (GSLs) of 50 lbs. and vapor retarder R-8 roof insulation. They also have gutters and downspouts which with the roof insulation keep the buildings dry and condensation free during times of heavy precipitation, which are common in the area.
