There are also 29-gauge partition panels separating each storage unit from the next.

A 2’ roof vapor barrier with heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing offers a high degree of protection against condensation, and gutters and downspouts further help prevent water damage. A snow load of 21 psf and a wind speed rating of 115 mph enhance mini storage building durability and ensure it is in compliance with local building codes.
