Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) pre-engineered metal self-storage buildings for a customer in Torrey, Utah, in January of 2020.

Offering unsurpassed strength and durability, the buildings together serve as a self-storage facility. The first and largest of the (3) self-storage buildings is 20’x240’x9.5’ once erect, while the second stands 25’x48’x12’. The third building in the complex is 25’x60’x12’ when raised, and all have hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs with subtle 0.5:12 pitches offering reliable protection from the elements from above.

The self-storage business has (57) rentable storage units throughout its expansive grounds, and each requires its own access point. Found throughout the facility are (48) 9’x8’ openings containing (48) 9’x8’ mini storage doors, (4) 10’x9’ openings, each enclosing one of (4) 10’x9’ mini storage doors, and (5) 10’x10’ openings, each containing one of (5) 10’x10’ mini storage doors.

All (3) steel mini storage buildings also boast several climate-related customizations, among them 115-mph wind speed ratings and 43-psf snow loads. A small community with only a few hundred residents, the town of Torrey sits along State Route 24, in Wayne County. The area sits about 5 miles northwest of Grover, roughly 8 miles outside Capitol Reef National Park.
