Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Trenton, Missouri

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) metal mini storage buildings for a customer in Trenton, Missouri in 2013, and together, they make up a mini storage complex.

The first building is 25’x150’x8.5’, and features (15) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings, and another (15) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ openings. The second building is 30’x100’x8.5’ in size, and houses (20) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings. The third and final building stands 30’x150’x8.5’, and all three have 0.5:12 roof pitches.

Among them, the buildings have a total of (30) 9’x7’Model 650 steel mini storage roll-up doors, as well as, Missouri engineer-stamped drawings. Additional features include wedge anchors and fasteners, 26-gauge movable partition panels with a Galvalume finish and 3” R-10 metal building insulation with vapor barriers in the roofs.

With the typical climate and weather patterns of Trenton in mind, the building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 18 lbs.

The City of Trenton is located within Grundy County, in north-central Missouri. It lies about 78 miles outside St. Joseph, Missouri, and 23 miles from Chillicothe.
