Now in operation as a self-storage facility, the building stands an expansive 90’x120’x9.5’ in size and features (69) rentable storage units throughout. Comprised of rugged, quality steel parts, the mini storage building has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 pitch providing protection overhead.
Each storage unit requires its own access point, and located throughout the self-storage facility are (4) 4’x7’ framed openings enclosing (4) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (11) 6’x7’ openings enclosing (11) 6’x7’ mini storage doors. Also featured are (33) 8’x7’ framed openings housing (33) 8’x7’ mini storage door sand (21) 9’x8’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (21) 9’x8’ metal mini storage doors.
A 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30-pound snow load are additional building features that maintain compliance with local building and engineering code requirements. A small community in southwestern Iowa’s Pottawattamie County, Treynor sits about 15 miles from Council Bluffs and about 20 miles from Omaha, Nebraska.
