Mini Storage Outlet supplied these (3) metal mini storage buildings for a customer in Twin Falls, Idaho in 2008.
Together, they operate as a mini storage facility with (94) rentable units and (1) 20’x30’ office unit complete with (1) 4’x4’ window and (1) 3070 entry door with a closer and lever lock. Building A, the first of the (3) buildings, contains (22) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (12) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings. Building B houses (11) 10’x10’ unit and (11) 10’x20’ units, all of which have accompanying 9’x7’ framed openings, and another (12) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings. Finally, Building C is home to (20) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (6) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings, as well as, the storage facility’s office space. Among them, the buildings have (30) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (64) 9’x7’ mini storage doors.
Additional building features include gutters and downspouts and Idaho engineer-stamped building and erection drawings. In consideration of the weather in Twin Falls, the buildings were constructed with wind speeds of 90 mph, ground snow loads of 21 lbs. and roof snow loads of 30 lbs.
