Regency Steel Buildings sourced this pair of pre-engineered steel mini storage buildings for a buyer in Union, Oregon, in early June of 2020.
Durable and structurally secure, the buildings together undergo use as a self-storage facility and are comprised of heavy-duty steel parts. When raised, the larger building is 35’x100’x9.5’ in size, while the second, smaller structure stands 20’x100’x9.667’.
Both have reliable protection overhead thanks to hardwearing, corrosion-resistant roofs with Brilliant paint, but the first building’s roof has a 2:12 pitch, and the second, a 1:12 pitch.
