Rugged and low maintenance, the storage building stands 30’x70’x8.5’ when fully erect, and it is covered and protected by a durable, corrosion-resistant metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the building are (14) rentable storage units, each of which boasts one of (14) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with accompanying stainless steel latches. To enhance building durability with respect to the typical weather and climate patterns of Van Horn and the surrounding areas, the building features a wind rating of 90 mph C, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 21 lbs.
A small town in western Texas’ Culberson County, Van Horn sits about 121 miles outside El Paso and about 90.5 miles from Pecos.
