Regency Steel Buildings supplied these three mini storage buildings in Vernal, Utah for Big Dog Rental. Built in 2012, these Unitah County buildings are in eastern Utah, about 150 miles from Grand Junction, Colorado and about 175 miles from Salt Lake City. There are four buildings in the complex.
Each of the three CSW metal self-storage buildings has gutters and down spouts, galvalume roof and polar white exterior walls. Additionally, each mini storage building has a roof vapor barrier. These buildings are identically sized at: 40’x100’x8.5’ and have a roof pitch of 0.5:12. The owner of this mini storage complex installed (66) high quality 9’x7’ doors per building. Each of these mini storage buildings has a wind load of 90 and ground snow load of 43 PSF. The final steel building in the complex is a 40’x210’ building with 10’x20’ units.
