Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered mini storage building and accompanying insulation in Victor, Colorado, in 2015.
Designed with the often-cold climate and considerable annual snowfall of the area in mind, a roof vapor barrier and 3” R-10 WMP-VRR faced insulation were installed during construction. The 20’x60’x8.5’ mini storage building was built with a 05:12 roof pitch and has a wind speed of 90 mph, a high ground snow load of 58 lbs. and a roof snow load of 40 lbs.
It features rustic colored walls with the exception of the back wall, which boasts polar white paint and complementing green doors. Inside are 5’x10’ rentable end units with 4’x7’ framed openings and 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings, all of which have Model 650 mini storage roll-up doors that are 4’x7’ and 9’x7’ in size. The mini storage building also features gutters and downspouts to keep water off the roof and away from the building’s foundation.
An old mining area in central Colorado’s Teller County, Victor sits about 5 miles outside Cripple Creek and 1 mile from Goldfield.
