Insulated and energy efficient, the (5) Regency Steel buildings together comprise a self-storage center. The first (3) metal mini storage buildings are all 50’x50’x9.5’, while the fourth is 15’x200’x8.5’, and the fifth, 25’x170’x8.5’. Overhead, each painted steel mini storage building features a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch.

All (5) self-storage buildings have 6” of insulation in their roofs and 4” of insulation in their walls. This leads to lower energy bills for the property owner, and it also helps keep renter goods stored at consistent temperatures. Throughout the self-storage facility are (132) framed openings, including (100) 9’x7’ openings enclosing (100) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (32) 4’x7’ openings, each enclosing one of (32) 4070 steel entry doors.
