Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) metal mini storage buildings in Warrior, Alabama in 2020.
All (3) Regency Storage Systems metal buildings have insulation and offer optimal strength and durability, and they together serve as a self-storage complex. The first mini storage building is 50’x160’x9.5’, while the second building stands 25’x170’x8.5’. The third metal mini storage building is 15’x220’x8.5’.
All (3) self-storage buildings have corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead, and they also feature (142) framed openings among them. Found throughout the self-storage facility are (102) 9’x7’ framed openings equipped with (102) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (40) 4’x7’ walk door openings enclosing (40) 4’x7’ steel entry doors.
The buildings also feature roof and wall insulation, which allows them to maintain consistent temperatures for storage purposes. In the roof, the mini storage buildings have 6” of insulation, while the walls contain 4” of insulation.
Other customizations made in accordance with local building code requirements include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 3.5 pounds. A northern suburb of Birmingham, Warrior has land in both Jefferson and Blount counties. It sits roughly 20 miles north of Birmingham and about 20 miles from Gardendale.
