Light stone in color and crafted from high-end steel materials, the building stands 40’x168’x13.54’ when fully erect. Now functioning as a mini storage complex, the durable, low-maintenance structure’s roof overhead is made of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the metal mini storage complex are (6) 12’x9’ framed openings,  a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. serve as additional mini storage project features. These inclusions were made to enhance the structure’s durability given the Wayne area’s variable climate patterns.
