Regency Steel Buildings provided these steel mini storage buildings for use as storage units to a repeat customer in Wetumpka, Alabama in 2012.
The metal buildings are light stone in color with charcoal trim and doors. The first metal building measures 15’x70’x8.5’ and the second metal building measures 15’x40’x5.5’ both with a roof pitch of ½:12. The mini storage buildings have a total of eleven 9×7 Janus 650 rollup doors. Both buildings have R-10 fiberglass insulation in the roof with white facing to prevent condensation. In addition, each steel building is rated to withstand wind loading of 90 MPH and snow loading of 30 GSL in order to be compliant with Elmore County building codes.
