Purchased from Regency Steel Buildings in 2012 this 40’x200’x8.5’ mini storage building was erected in Williston, North Dakota.

The Regency-brand structure features forty 9 x7’ Janus roll-up doors each with a top draft-stop. The doors were upgraded with stainless steel latches which is necessary due to the breakage of regular latches as a result of the area’s extreme frigid temperatures.

Williston, the eight-largest city in North Dakota, is located near the confluence of the Yellowstone and Missouri Rivers, about 46 miles from Watford City and 72 miles outside Stanley.
