Regency Steel Buildings was the supplier of this pre-engineered mini storage building in Windsor, New York in early November of 2020.
Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the metal building now undergoes use as a self-storage facility. It stands 20’x100’x8.5’ in size and contains (22) rentable storage units. Offering protection from overhead is a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a 0.5:12, and found throughout the self-storage facility are (22) framed openings that offer access into each individual storage unit.
There are (18) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing (18) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (4) 4’x7’ framed openings housing (4) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. Additional mini storage building features include a 40-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating, which comply with building and engineering codes currently in place in Windsor.
