Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Zanesville, Ohio

Regency Steel Buildings fabricated these (4) pre-engineered metal buildings in Zanesville, Ohio, in June 2022.

All (4) Regency Storage Systems self-storage buildings differ in size and contain varying mixes of storage units. Altogether, the self-storage business features (100) storage units the owner rents to consumers in exchange for a fee.

Building A
Building A is 15’x40’x7.9’/8.5’ and contains (4) 10’x15’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Its roof has a single-slope design and a 0.5:12 pitch.
Building B
Building B is 15’x60’x7.9’/8.5’ and contains (6) 10’x15’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Its roof has a single-slope design and a 0.5:12 pitch.
Building C
Building C is 20’x260’x7.67’x8.5’ and contains (52) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Its roof has single-slope design and a 0.5:12 pitch.
Building D
Building D is 20’x190’’x8.5’ and contains (38) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Its roof has a gable design and a 0.5:12 pitch.

Each storage unit in the complex has a private door. Distributed among the (4) metal self-storage buildings are (100) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, all of which have stainless-steel latches. Dividing the buildings into separate storage units are heavy-duty steel partitions with Galvalume finishes.

All (4) buildings in the complex feature gutters and downspouts that help prevent rain or snow from pooling on their roofs. The roofs also have DripX condensation control pre-applied to them, making them even more watertight.

Engineered to adhere to all building codes that apply at the address, the mini storage buildings also feature 17.5-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind loads.

Located in Muskingum County, the city of Zanesville is part of the Columbus – Marion – Zanesville combined statistical area. It sits about 52 miles east of Columbus and 23 miles west of Cambridge.
